TERMS OF SERVICE
Root Cause Rewire™
Operated by Root Cause Rewire LLC, a subsidiary of JRW Holdings LLC
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any services, reports, digital products, or educational materials provided by Root Cause Rewire LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Services are intended for users located in the United States (and Canada, if applicable). Services are not offered where prohibited by law.
2. Nature of Services – Educational Pattern Literacy Only
Root Cause Rewire™ provides educational services focused on “pattern literacy,” including structured educational interpretations of user-provided data and informational content related to:
- Nervous system patterns
- Environmental influences
- Genetic markers (consumer-provided)
- Generational inputs
- Lived experiences
- Behavioral and emotional loops
All Services are educational and informational only.
Nothing provided constitutes:
- Medical advice
- Medical diagnosis
- Medical treatment
- Genetic counseling
- Nutritional therapy
- Mental health therapy
- Healthcare services of any kind
The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The Company does not provide licensed healthcare services and does not act as a physician, chiropractor, therapist, or healthcare provider.
No provider–patient or clinician–client relationship is created through use of this platform.
You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed healthcare professional before making medical or health-related decisions.
3. Founder Background Disclosure
The founder holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and may, at times, maintain professional licensure; however, all Services provided through Root Cause Rewire™ are delivered in a strictly educational capacity.
The Company does not provide medical or clinical services through this platform.
Services provided through Root Cause Rewire™ are strictly educational and not clinical in nature.
Users acknowledge that they are not entering into a doctor–patient or healthcare provider relationship and are not receiving licensed healthcare services.
4.0 AI-Assisted Content
Certain reports and personalization features may utilize artificial intelligence technologies to assist in generating educational outputs.
AI-generated content:
- Is probabilistic and algorithmic
- May contain inaccuracies
- Is not diagnostic
- Is not medical advice
- Should not replace professional consultation
AI outputs are generated based on user-provided inputs and system algorithms and may vary between users.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of AI-generated outputs.
You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on report content.
The Company does not use uploaded genetic data to train external AI models.
5. Consumer-Provided Genetic Data
5.1 Uploads
If you upload genetic data:
- You confirm it was lawfully obtained from a consumer genetic testing service (e.g., 23andMe, Ancestry).
- The Company does not perform laboratory testing.
- The Company does not validate or verify the accuracy of third-party testing.
5.2 Processing & Deletion
Uploaded raw genetic files are:
- Temporarily processed for limited marker extraction
- Deleted after processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- The Company does not share retained genetic marker data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
- The Company retains only selected extracted markers necessary to generate educational reports.
- Retained data is pseudonymized (not fully anonymized) and stored for potential future service upgrades unless deletion is requested. This means your data is separated from direct identifying information but may still be linked internally for service delivery.
5.3 No Clinical Interpretation
Genetic outputs are educational interpretations only and do not:
- Detect disease
- Predict medical outcomes
- Assess medical risk
- Provide diagnostic conclusions
You agree not to interpret report content as medical information.
6. Bioresonance Reactivity Mapping Services
Root Cause Rewire™ may incorporate third-party bioresonance-based reactivity screening outputs into its educational framework (“Outer Trigger” analysis); however, such integration remains non-clinical, interpretive, and for educational purposes only.
Hair samples are submitted to an independent third-party laboratory for non-clinical bioresonance screening. Processing may occur outside the United States. The laboratory operates independently and is not owned or controlled by Root Cause Rewire LLC.
Root Cause Rewire LLC does not conduct laboratory testing, does not validate laboratory methodologies, and does not guarantee accuracy of third-party results.
Reactivity outputs are non-clinical, informational, and educational only and do not:
- Diagnose allergies or intolerances
- Detect disease
- Provide medical assessment
- Replace physician evaluation
Users acknowledge that this service is not a medical test and is not intended to guide permanent dietary restriction or medical treatment.
The laboratory’s methodologies are not evaluated or regulated by U.S. medical authorities.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own risk. Users agree not to interpret reactivity results as evidence of a medical condition or as a basis for self-diagnosis.
Shipping & Transit Risk
Users are responsible for mailing their hair sample to the designated processing address. Root Cause Rewire LLC is not responsible for samples lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged in transit prior to receipt.
Once received, samples may be forwarded to an independent processing laboratory. While reasonable care is taken in handling and forwarding samples, Root Cause Rewire LLC is not liable for postal or carrier delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit to the laboratory.
If a sample is lost in transit at any stage, the user will be notified and asked to submit a new sample so processing can continue.
7. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
- Health-related decisions involve inherent risk.
- You are solely responsible for any lifestyle, dietary, supplement, emotional, or behavioral decisions made after reviewing educational materials.
- Participation in Services is voluntary and at your own risk.
You agree that you will not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice.
The Company assumes no duty of care beyond providing educational content as described.
8. Data Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Digital Course & Program Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
Access is provided for as long as the program remains available on the platform. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue content at its discretion.
Account credentials may not be shared. Access is limited to the individual purchaser. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access without refund.
Course materials may not be resold, sublicensed, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.
The Company reserves the right to remove users for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violation of these Terms.
10. Payments & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the Services, no refunds are provided once access is granted or processing has begun.
- No refunds are given for completed reports
- Payment plans must be completed in full.
- You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting support to attempt resolution.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in termination of access.
- Access to digital courses and materials may be revoked in the event of non-payment or payment disputes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, methodologies, branding, course materials, written works, and proprietary intellectual property made available through the Root Cause Rewire™ platform are owned by JRW Holdings LLC and are licensed to Root Cause Rewire LLC for use on this platform.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in such intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Root Cause Rewire LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Health outcomes
- Decisions made based on educational content
- Errors in user-provided data
- AI-generated inaccuracies
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service purchased.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Root Cause Rewire LLC from claims arising from:
- Misuse of Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Misinterpretation of educational reports
15. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Iowa.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to the Services must be filed within twelve (12) months of the date on which the claim arose, or the claim is permanently barred.
You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in class actions.
16. Modification of Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services.
